When you use Gradeon AI, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile picture when you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple.
• Card Images: Photos you capture of trading cards for grading purposes. These are stored securely and associated with your account.
• Grading Data: AI-generated grades, defect analysis, and pricing information for your scanned cards.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, scan frequency, and feature interactions to improve our service.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for compatibility and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide AI-powered card grading and identification services
• Maintain your card collection and grading history
• Deliver price estimates and market data
• Send notifications about completed grades and account updates
• Improve our AI models and grading accuracy
• Process purchases and manage subscriptions

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Card images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI Grading Engine: For card defect analysis and grading (images are processed but not stored for training)
• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage
• PriceCharting: Market price data for trading cards
• Google/Apple Sign-In: For authentication purposes only
• Expo/EAS: App distribution and push notifications

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services as described above, solely to provide our grading service. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data via the Export Data feature in Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications
• Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Card images and grading data are kept to maintain your collection history. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Gradeon AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
